Otis My Playful Dog

What people don´t know is that a Great Pyrenees is very active. I own one, and
I have learned that they are very active. My dog, Otis, is playful because he
gets dirty a lot, plays in different places, and he plays in different ways.

My dog Otis is playful because he gets dirty a lot. Two months ago I was
throwing a stick in a pond in my backyard. I was throwing the stick in the
shallow part in the pond and the shallow part of the pond was muddy. The stick
landed in the middle of the  shallow part, and when he was coming out, I
noticed that he was not white anymore. He was muddy brown. Otis was not
bothered at all.

Another time when Otis got dirty in a playful way was when he ran away. The
time that he ran away was right after a rainstorm. He always ran to our
neighbor's house because they have a dog, and he likes to play with the other
dog. When I went to go and get him he was playing with the other dog. When I
saw him he was covered in dirt and burrs.  When he got in the car he got it all
dirty. These are example of how Otis plays a lot and gets dirty a lot.

My dog Otis is playful because he plays in different places. This past Christmas
my dad was decorating the boathouse. My dad was outside with us. Otis was
on the leash.  My dad said I could let him off the leash because we had an
electric fence, and he would not run away.The second I let him off the leash, he
bolted to the neighbor's yard, so he could play with their dog. Otis likes to play,
but sometimes he has to run away to get some play time.

Another place Otis likes to play is at the dog park. This fall I went to the dog
park. When I got Into the dog park Otis ran and got a ball. A few minutes later
my other dog Livy  jumped over the fence to get a squirrel. Otis tried to jump
over the fence, but he could not because he is so fat and heavy. I felt very bad
for him because he smashed into the fence. After that he just barked a little and
came back to me. That is how my dog Otis is playful because he plays in
different places.

My dog Otis is playful because he plays in different ways. One time when Otis  
played in a different way was when I took him outside in the backyard. He was
playing with my other dog.  I was throwing a stick and a ball, and then he
remembered that there was a dog across the street. So he thought that that
was a good idea to go over there, and he ran over there when I was not looking
into the neighbor's yard.   He got shocked because we have an electric fence
surrounding our yard. Another time he played in a different way was when he
went down on his knees. He goes down on his knees when he is really excited
and then he suddenly runs very fast. These are examples of how Otis plays in
different ways.

My Great Pyrenees is playful. Otis is playful because he gets dirty a lot, he
plays in different places and he plays in different ways. Since Otis is so playful
I have come to realize he is a lot of fun.
