THE TIME IN WYOMING
I was in Wyoming with my Grandfather going up the mountain
behind our house. At the beginning it was very flat, I wondered how
I was going up a mountain. I could not even see it start getting
steeper, and of course, I could not see through the trees or bushes.
That is why I could not see it getting steeper. Though, that was not
the case.

We kept walking up, and to my surprise it got steeper, to the point
where I called it more of a climb than a hike. So starting at the
beginning, we started walking and I'm serious it looked amazing,
just like the last one.

We walked up a few minutes more and we found bones, we had bear
spray so no bear to attack us. The trees and bushes were so tall and
thick that we were making sure no mountain lions jump on us.

We kept walking up, and heard an elk, I got a very small glimpse at it,
very brief but I did see it. I was actually very excited. I walked over to
the trail and found myself at the top, and a few minutes later we
found ourselves very high up.

We had a very quick lunch break, and started walking back down the
mountain. We kept walking down and saw at a clearing that there
were a lot more valleys, we were so high up that the big houses
down the mountain looked so small, they looked like they were not
even there.

It seemed almost as if we were the only people out on a hike,
because we have not seen any other people on the hike. The only
reason it seemed a little bit strange is that we almost always saw
other people on our hikes. Though it was near the end of autumn,
when it starts getting colder.

We realized we started the real trek when we got near a cliff, though
we did not go on the cliff, it did get steeper because of it though. We
started getting closer to the bottom now. The houses looked bigger
and closer now. Once we did get back to the bottom, the A.T.V’s, we
then got on the four wheelers and went back to the houses. I
watched as the trees, and the bushes whizzed by. When we finally
got back it was getting dark.

We went back inside and set the table. We then had a long
conversation until my Grandmother was finished preparing dinner.

After dinner, we all watched a show on T.V. until it was time for bed. I
brushed my teeth and got ready. Then I went to bed.

I woke up and went downstairs, and got the table set. My
Grandparents then came down, and made breakfast, after it we got
in the car and started driving to Jackson. After about a half-hour, we
finally managed to get about halfway there. It was about 12:00. After
another half-hour, we were there. We arrived at about 12:30. When
we went there, we saw an arch made of elk horns. On top of the elk
horns was a sign that read,“Welcome To Jackson Hole, WY.” We also
went to a restaurant that seemed very western-like. After that we
decided to go to Grand Teton National Park.

We were driving back to the house. I realized how short these days
were when we got back. It started getting dark already.

It started snowing on the way back, and now there was about ten
inches of accumulation, my brother built a huge wall of snow so
when I went outside he could throw snowballs at me, but since it
was dark, he did not know I was building one too. The next morning I woke up very early so I would already be ready for when he comes outside, that way, I could throw them at him.

The next day, I went outside to modify my snow-fort. Then we had a
quick breakfast and I went outside with my brother, Cody. When we
got outside, he chased me around until I finally went the other way
and hid in my snow-fort. Then, once my brother found me, we went

I woke up, and we had to quickly go to the airport. When we got
there, we had breakfast. Then we had to board the plane.

When we arrived in Maine, our friend was waiting for us. We got in
