Sometimes people ask me when I’m happiest. Well, I have found that I enjoy being with horses the most. I’m happiest with horses because when I’m with horses all my bad emotions fade away, riding horses is one of my favorite things to do, and I enjoy the company of horses.   I couldn't see life without horses.

I'm happiest  with horses because when  I'm with horses all my sadness, fear, and anger seems to fade away.  I remember the first time I was going to a horseback riding clinic. My mom woke me up and I was mad that she was waking me up so early in the morning. By then I was not very excited to go, but I was already awake and out of bed so there was no choice; I had to go. The second I was on that horse, I wasn't mad that it was 6:30 in the morning. I loved being on the horse because I felt really special and super tall . Whenever I'm riding I´m in a good mood. No matter what, I can always count on having a better day when I’m with horses.

I’m happiest with horses because riding horses is one of my favorite things to do. When I was younger, riding horses was the highlight of every Monday.  I even liked the really weird things about horseback riding. In kindergarten when I got to be on a horse it was a dream come true. Sometimes I get mad at my friends and family, but visiting the barn let me forget about it.  Even though I don't have a barn in my backyard I still feel like I see them every day.

I’m happiest with horses because I enjoy the company of horses. Being with horses makes me feel calm even if something bad happened that same day. One time I fell face first into gravel when I was getting my horse out of her stall. I went to visit Chloe, the horse I was going to ride, and I felt better. When I'm around horses there is just immediate happiness in my body. Although I can´t always enjoy the company of horses there will always be a special place in my heart for them.

Maybe now you can see that I'm happiest with horses. When I´m with horses all my sadness, fear, and anger seems to fade away, riding horses is one of my favorite things to do, and I enjoy the company of horses. Most people say a dog is a man's best friend but I think horses are. I will enjoy living second with horses.
