Vermont is the best place to go!

Did you know that Vermont has 150 miles of the
Appalachian Trail?  In this essay you will learn about
skiing in Vermont, how it is around  the holidays, and
more about Vermont in this book.

Vermont is the best place to go because there is good
skiing there. Vermont was where I learned to ski.  I
started when I was about 6 years old. In Vermont there
are many mountains like Okemo, Killington, Sugarbush,
Stowe,and Sunupie.  Vermont is a good place to go because
there are many mountains there. For example in Vermont
the mountains range from easy to very hard.  My dad said
Okemo is the easiest!’ The reason why I think Okemo is
the easiest mountain is because the hardest trails here
are the easy ones on other mountains.  This is just one
reason I like Vermont.

Another reason I think  Vermont is the best place to go is
I have a family house there. The house can sleep 16 people.
The house gets so much snow! One time it was waist high.  
In the back yard there's a brook and in the summer
I swim and fish in the brook. One time me and my cousins
went to the brook and tried to build a dam.  Two of my
cousins said a rock was too heavy then Chris ( my cousin)
jumped in dropped it on his toe and broke it. This is
another reason I love Vermont.

The last reason I think Vermont is the best place is the
holidays.  Around the holidays there's good skiing because
they blow a lot of snow for all the people coming for the
brake.  Sometimes just for the holidays they add another
lane to make the lines move faster. One time around the
holidays me, my dad, my cousin, my friends, and my uncle
went skiing together. Then I was only just learning to ski
so it was hard to keep up but it was so fun because I was
skiing with some of my favorite people.

Now you know why I think Vermont is the best place to go
because it is fun around the holidays, my family house,
the skiing.
