Grandfather's Journey
In the book, ¨Grandfather‘s Journey¨ the grandfather
traveled all around the world, and loved many places.
traveled all around the world, and loved many places.
Like California, he loved it the best, every city and all
about it.¨ Of all the places he visited, he liked California the
best.¨But, he left it to marry some girl back in his hometown,
also in Japan. That one girl what really his childhood
sweetheart, so that is cool. He loved Japan too. Mainly
because he went back to Japan, then back to California for
some time. He had a few old childhood friends there, and he
¨Laughed with his old friends¨. Because he goes back to
some places, not just California, San Francisco as well. He
had a child there, which made it were that she did not like
being in a village,so the grandfather bought a house near a
large city. (She is a bit spoiled to me, I think) Soon later she
had a baby, making the man become a grandfather.

After all the places he’s been.See? He did go to a lot of
places, like the new world, Water, Mexico, etc. If a place
bewildered him, he be yet excited as well.

This is why I think he traveled the world, and loved
many places. This book also got the Caldecott Medal, I can
see why. It’s amazing book in my mind, if you disagree that’s
fine.
